Nevira X1 Release Candidate is now live!

As of July 28 2021. 3 days after public beta.

We're almost at the end of a big journey - Nevira X1 Release Candidate is now live!

Release Candidate vs. Public Beta

Nevira X1 Release Candidate is still an incomplete version of Nevira X1 - but very close to a complete version. If we were to compare where we are right now with the phases announced in the blog post from April 12, we would be in the early stages of phase 3 - the final phase. We're in the endgame now.

What's new in Release 20210728

Here's what's new in Release 20210728 - Release Candidate 1!

Data synced with stable

Your NeoSoft Account from Nevira v5 is now usable for Nevira X1! No extra setup needed - just relax and enjoy.

Strategic battling & units

We've brought strategic battling and units to Nevira battle! Now you can either use your weapon, one of your units' skill, or just defend if you want to decrease that attack.

More commands

We've added some commands as a finishing touch! Now you can nv!mine for ores or say that you've noted something down in a meme with nv!noted. Noted.

What's next for Release Candidate 2

The only thing we need to do now is bring Zone Finder to Nevira battle - and we'll be pretty much done! Zone Finder has been delayed to v6.0.1, while we figure out how the system will work.

We might add more commands or remove some, depending on the feedback we get from our users.

And what you've been waiting for...

Alright, alright. We'll spill the beans now. Actually, no, we won't since we aren't telling you this unintentionally.

We're proud to announce that a new bot will be joining our NeoSoft fleet! Our new bot will basically be kind of like Colin, since that was focused on security, and our new bot will be to. It will be the first bot to use neoX1+ and Xyron 3!

UPDATE: This bot is now scrapped - all of its features will be in Nevira X2.

What is neoX1+?

neoX1+ is - you guessed it - an adaptation of our already existing powerful neoX1 engine. We'll tell you what neoX1+ has.

Instead of the Series 2 Xyron engine found on neoX1, neoX1+ will have integrated Series 3 Xyron engine, to deliver better security for your Discord servers. That's what neoX1+ is about - it's about delivering even more security to your Discord servers alongside the power and performance of neoX1.

And what is Xyron 3?

Xyron 3 is obviously the better version of our existing Xyron 2 engine. Xyron 3 is a big leap in server security, which allows you to take better control of your server better than ever - with advanced anti-nuke systems you probably can't find on most bots.

And here's how it's better than Xyron 2.

Yep, that's Xyron 3. Now lemme show you how its features work.

Anti-nuke

Xyron 3's anti nuke system takes the same principle as the antispam and ratelimiting features found on Xyron 2 and neoX1 - if a user is kicked or banned, channels are deleted, etc, Xyron 3 calculates how many actions this user has taken in this category within the specified time. If the frequency of moderation done is higher than the limit, antinuke is triggered and removes all of the user's administrative roles.

Anti-swear

This is pretty easy. Xyron will scan for words containing a swear word, and if a message contains a swear word, it does whatever it was set up to do to the user.

Intelligent threat detection

Xyron scans messages sent by the user to detect if it is repeated, harmful or bad in any other way. If something seems suspicious, action is taken.

Compromised account detection

This works the same way ITD works, except that Compromised account detection calculates the capitalised letter percentage, spelling mistake rates and more to detect if an account is potentially compromised or not.

Advanced nuke control

When automatic control isn't enough, you gotta take manual control. With Advanced nuke control, you can make the bot delete ALL ADMINISTRATIVE ROLES and KICK ALL BOTS (including NeoSoft bots, except for its own self) to make sure that there are completely no nuke attacks that can proceed. You can use this feature to also unban yourself from the server if you were not the owner, and ban those nukers forever. Easy as cake. So long, server nukes.

If you for whatever reason gave the @everyone role administrative permissions or nukers don't get kicked due to permission issues, we hold no responsibility.

That was pretty epic, ain't it?

We had two epic stars of the show today. Can't wait to start working on Xyron 3 after I'm done with Nevira X1 stable!

If you need support for our products, we're always there in our Discord server!
